Alumni Support Purchase of New School Minibus

Our Head boy, Joe Fay has led an initiative to engage with our Alumni to help support the school community. 

Through his engagement with former students of St James', he has gained sponsorship for our sports teams and his fundraising initiatives have culminated in supporting the school to acquire a much needed new school minibus. The new minibus was only made possible be the generosity of former students like Kevin Coyle of Coyle’s Personnel Plc, Mick Crossan of Powerday Plc, Seamus and Dermot McGinley of the McGinley Group, Daniel Nolan of the Toureen Group and Phil Munnelly of the Munnelly Group. 

In addition our PTA, the Friends of St James' (FOST), made a substantial contibution to support the minibus acquisition.

The school is incredibly grateful to everyone that has contributed to this project ,whether it be through direct donation or by simply coming along to enjoy our FOST events.

Special thanks to Joe Fay, who has worked tirelessly to secure the funding to make his ambition a reality.
