At St James’, everything we do is underpinned by our mission statement from the Gospel of John:

To give every child, regardless of background, starting points or ability, the opportunity to live life to the full.

For our pupils to finish their secondary education at St James', ready and equipped to progress into the next chapter of their lives. That they will have a strong personal vision for adult life, a commitment to the communities they will serve and champions of the Gospel and our Veritas Values

Our VERITAS values of Excellence, Resilience, Integrity, Aspiration and Service are instilled in our pupils, providing the foundations for our pupils to succeed in that vision.
