National Film Youth Academy Workshop at St James'

On Thursday 9 January, we welcomed Rob Earnshaw, the CEO of the National Film Youth Academy  and casting director, to St James' to provide an amazing workshop for our Sixth Form Media students.

The students found the sessions incredibly beneficial for their studies and Mr Earnshaw gave high praise for the short films that the students have already made.

Nationally, 3,000 students have applied to join the film academy scheme and three of St James' students have been successful and no school has ever had that many successful applications. Congratulations to Louis Fay, Michael Fallon and Alvin Donkor in Year 13 - we wish you continued success with the film academy.
